Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of SadwikFiles. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use SadwikFiles.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your registration number and 4-digit PIN secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it if it changes. You must be eligible to use the service under your institution's rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload material you do not have the right to store or share.
• Use SadwikFiles to store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to access another user's files or account without permission.
• Interfere with the service, overload it, or reverse-engineer it.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the files and materials you upload. You grant SadwikFiles the limited right to store, process, and (when you request it) share your content as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for any consequences of making it public.

Sharing and public repos

When you create a share link or make content public, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to distribute that material. SadwikFiles is not liable for the content users choose to share. We may remove publicly shared material that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.

Storage limits

SadwikFiles provides a free storage allowance per user and may offer paid features. We may impose limits on file size and total storage. We may change available limits or pricing in the future, with reasonable notice for existing accounts.

Paid features

Some features require payment, processed through a third-party payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a feature is unavailable through no fault of yours. By paying, you authorize us and the provider to process the transaction under the provider's terms.

Service availability

We strive to keep SadwikFiles available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where reasonable. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we believe your use risks harm to the service or other users. On termination, your right to use SadwikFiles ends and we will remove your data in accordance with our retention policy.

Disclaimer

SadwikFiles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SadwikFiles and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or a nominal amount if nothing was paid.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
